Friday Night with the Stars

Friday Night with the Stars is a family friendly event offered by Main Street Mosier in partnership with Rose City Astronomers. Families are encouraged to pack a picnic to enjoy on the lawn. There will be kid friendly crafts and activities, including a night sky friendly flashlight to take home. The event begins at 7:00pm. Welcome and introductions kick off at 8:00pm. Telescopes and assistance will be provided to explore the night sky including SATURN and VENUS. Tips Bring a picnic blanket and warm clothes for lounging on the grass Pick up a drink and sandwich from BLOOM COFFEE AND CO., open 6-9pm Please do not? bring flashlights (white light spoils night vision), and leave dogs at home.
