SUMMARY:Womens Beginner Mountain Bike Retreat
DESCRIPTION:Learn to ride in a safe\, connective and supportive weekend. \n\n\n\nThis is a true beginner's weekend! If you've never ridden\, if you ride but struggle to keep up\, if you don't know how to work the brakes... you're ALL in the right place! This is designed to be a connective and supportive space to learn- there will be no condescension\, no feeling left behind. \n\nOur retreat follows our general class design- you'll learn about body position\, braking\, cornering\, pedal position\, riding obstacles\, downhill\, and more on our 1st day. \n\nDay 2 we will do a refresher of our skills and then take our skills onto the trail to put them into action. \n\nOur instructors are experienced\, supportive\, and wilderness first responder trained. We carry medical kits and have emergency plans. We love to share our mountain bike passion with others and our goal is to share the fun with you in an environment where you feel safe and supported.\n\n\n\nSaturday\, Sept. 13th\n\n-Arrive 11AM\, Lesson begins at 12pm\n\n-Lesson will last 4-5 hours.\n\n-Camp at Wyeth Campground. \n\n(Camp site\, Tent\, Sleeping bag + Pad all provided.) \n\n-Camp style dinner and everything you need to tent camp is included!\n\n-Yoga with Jessica from Coastal Yogi Adventures\n\n\n\nSunday September 14th\n\n-Breakfast\n\n-Yoga with Jessica from Coastal Yogi Adventures \n\n-Pack up camp\n\n-Bike skills refresher (about 1 hour) followed bytrail ride. \n\n\n\n-After our ride we'll grab some lunch/dinner at a local spot together (this meal is NOT included)\n\n\n\n*Detailed Itinerary will be provided after booking.
