DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join us for Special Session Sunday Skate Night at Underwood Recreation Center. \n\n\n\nBring your own water bottle. No food please. \n\n\n\nOur Skate Night is for all ages. We provide groovy lights\, fun music and a safe atmosphere for people to exercise and come together rolling around the room.\n\n\n\nYou do need to provide your own skates and gear.   We would love to get a tote for donated skates to be repurposed by someone else.\n\n\n\nWe highly recommend knee pads and wrist guards\, at a minimum. They can prevent broken wrists and injuries if you learn to slide on them when you fall.
