DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join us for a Skate Session at Underwood Recreation Center. \n\n \n\nOur Skate Night is for all ages. We provide groovy lights\, fun music and a safe atmosphere for people to exercise and come together rolling around the room. \n\n \n\nYou do need to provide your own skates and gear.   \n\nWe highly recommend knee pads and wrist guards\, at a minimum. They can prevent broken wrists and injuries if you learn to slide on them when you fall.\n\nBring a water bottle. No food or drink allowed. \n\nThose 16 and under need an adult present.
