DESCRIPTION:Everyone is welcome to join us for Second Sunday Skate Night at Underwood Recreation Center.  NEW TIME: 4 - 6 pm\n\n\n\nOur Skate Night is for all ages. We provide groovy lights\, fun music and a safe atmosphere for people to exercise and come together rolling around the room.  Don't skate? Come and dance! Get your body moving. \n\n\n\nYou do need to provide your own skates and gear.   We would love to get a tote for donated skates to be repurposed by someone else.\n\nWe highly recommend knee pads and wrist guards\, at a minimum. They can prevent broken wrists and injuries if you learn to slide on them when you fall.
