We'll be there 45 minutes before start time feel free to come early to review sides and get comfortable in the space.\n\nYou can also download the audition form on our website\, fill it out at home\, and bring it with you.\n\n \n\nCallbacks\, if needed:\n\nThursday\, July 31 | 6:30 - 9 pm\n\n \n\nIt all happens at The Bingen Theater. 210 Oak St Bingen\, WA\n\n \n\nThis is an open audition\; no need to sign up for a slot. \n\nPlease come prepared with a calendar of any conflicts you may have during the rehearsal period. This is important.\n\n \n\nPlease memorize a short monologue (1 2 minutes) that showcases your storytelling ability.\n\nWe're particularly interested in pieces with a sense of mystery\, suspense\, or the uncanny\, think the atmospheric style of Edgar Allan Poe or a classic ghost story told by firelight. This doesn't have to be horror\, but it should allow you to demonstrate vocal nuance\, emotional pacing\, and your ability to draw an audience in with words alone. We're also interested in your ability to memorize\, as this is a heavy lift for two actors memorizing all the lines between them.\n\n \n\nIf auditioning for the Woman in Black\, who has no lines\, be prepared to show your ability to move.\n\n \n\nWe will also be doing cold reads from a variety of scenes from the play.\n\n \n\nPerformances - October 3\, 4\, 10\, 11\, 17\, 18- at 7:30 pm\n\nOctober 5 & 12 - Matinees at 2:00 pm\n\n \n\nRehearsals to begin the second week of August.\n\n\n\nA synopsis of the show\, as well as character descriptions\, can be found on our website.\n\nhttp://?www.bigbritches.org
