DESCRIPTION:It's been 10 incredible years and we want you to join us in celebrating!\n\nBe in white salmon for our 10th Year Anniversary & Grand Opening plus our Annual Local Love Fest! We will have Kids' face painting on the deck from 1-4PM & a photo booth from 5:30-9:30PM!\n\nEnjoy a pour of our Special 10 Year Beer & get yourself limited edition merch! Make sure to enter the raffle with a rafting trip for 2 & $100 gift card to our pub as a grand prize!\n\n\nLive music will start will Lowlight at 5PM & Scott Pemberton at 8PM.\n\nDon't forget to check out our 2nd Annual Local Love Fest from 1-6PM in the brewery!\n\n\nThere'll be LIVE music\, 3 NEW barrel aged beers\, limited edition merch & Garret's Gumbo!\n\nEach ticket is $10 and gets you a commemorative taster glass & 5 tasting tickets. Extra tickets will be available for $1 each! 21 & Over.\n\nThe countdown is on to our 10th Anniversary Local Love Fest on October 6th featuring 10 collaboration beers with local businesses! \n\nWe worked closely with Nick at STOKED Roasters to modify the roasting curve of the beans to create First Crack Coffee Pale. The goal was to accentuate the berry-like flavor and aroma\, while minimizing flavors of chocolate\, roast\, and acidic quality normally found in coffee. After several small batches\, we found the perfect flavor profile to build our hop profile around. We used Fuggle\, Azacca\, Ekuanot\, and Mosaic hops and 150lbs of rolled oats for a creamy mouth feel.
