DESCRIPTION:CGOA helps celebrate Dia de los Ninos\n\n\n\nVarious musicians from the Columbia Gorge Orchestra Association (CGOA) will add to the festivities at the Dia de los Ninos/Children's Day event organized by the Hood River County Library District\n\n\n\nLow Brass Fusion\, a trombone quartet made up of members of Sinfonietta and the Jazz Collective\, will perform some of their fun and energetic tunes. Also playing is Petrichortet\, a string quartet that includes three Sinfonietta musicians\, sharing some well-known tunes.\n\nOther musical performances will be by Mid Valley Elementary students and the Hood River Middle School mariachi band. The event includes fun activities\, art and crafts\, refreshments and prizes by various organizations. A free book and treat will be given to each child.
